Secvest was first established in 1988 and evolved into Secvest Capital as a boutique financial house, specialising in cross-border transactions, investments (including Fintech) and businesses between Australia and China.

 

Over the years, our team has accumulated a wealth of successful experience in acquiring, building, and managing businesses as well as in the local debt and equity capital markets.

Today, Secvest Capital is headquartered in Sydney, Australia, and is well represented in Beijing, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei, and Wuhan.

Since inception, we have held an Australian Financial Services License (Licence No 414225) issued by Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) and is regulated by it in accordance with the license conditions.
